I believe Sabre Squadron is an expansion pack that requires H&D2 to install (on any version of Windows).

I don't have Sabre Squadron, but Hidden and Dangerous 2 runs on Win10 version 1709.

I did have a problem with an earlier Win10 version if I enabled Anti-Aliasing in the games Setup.exe, but that is

no longer a problem. The game also ran in a window of sorts (not the same as normal 'Windowed mode' earlier on,

but that little issues is gone now as well.

- The two things that affect older games the most on Win10 are..

Direct Play must be enabled in - Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features On or Off.

Backup & Installation Notes
  • Always make a backup of the files that are overwritten by the File Archive, as the original files are usually required to update the game to a newer version or to play Online!
